1. What products do you sell?

We specialize in freshly baked cookies and brownies — made from scratch with high-quality ingredients. No shortcuts, just pure indulgence!

2. Do you offer custom flavors or mix-ins?

Yes! We love experimenting. If you have a flavor combo in mind — like Biscoff, Nutella, or peanut butter — just drop us a message, and we’ll try our best to make it happen.

3. Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

Our bakes are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy. While some flavors might not contain nuts, we cannot guarantee they’re allergen-free due to cross-contamination risks.

4. How do I place an order?

You can DM us on Instagram (@coffeeycrumbs) or visit our store to place an order. For large or custom orders, please reach out 2-3 days in advance.

5. Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver across UK. Delivery charges depend on your location. We also offer collection if you prefer picking up your order.

6. How should I store the cookies and brownies?

Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature — they stay fresh for up to 5 days. Want that freshly baked taste? Pop them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds!

7. Do you make eggless or vegan brownies and cookies?

Currently, our menu is not vegan or eggless — but we’re testing recipes! Stay tuned for updates or message us if you'd like us to work on a custom batch.

8. Can I order for events or corporate gifts?

Absolutely! Whether it’s birthdays, weddings, or office events, we’d love to be part of your celebration. Custom packaging is also available for bulk (50 plus) orders.

9. How long does it take to get my order?

We bake fresh to order! Most orders are ready within 1-2 days, but for large or custom orders, we recommend giving us a 3-day notice.
